On February 7, 2024 Catherine Barnard, Professor of EU Law and Employment Law at the University of Cambridg and holder of the 2023-2024 Ganshof van der Meersch Chair, delivered a public lecture at the Université libre de Bruxelles titled “What happens when enforcement doesn’t happen: EU law, free movement and… Great Yarmouth”.
